Web3 SMS
Terms of service
These pages describe how Web3 SMS provides number and verification email services, how user data is handled, and the legal duties, compliance boundaries, and user responsibilities that apply when using the platform.
Effective: 2026-07-22
Accounts and access
You must keep account information true, accurate, and complete, and you must protect passwords, sessions, API keys, webhook secrets, and two-factor recovery materials. Access, recharges, purchases, lookups, callback settings, and data exports made through your account, API keys, or downstream systems are treated as authorized by you or under your responsibility.
If you detect account compromise, credential leakage, abnormal orders, or unauthorized API calls, you must revoke the relevant credentials and contact the platform promptly. Losses, disputes, complaints, regulatory reviews, or third-party claims caused by weak account or downstream system controls are your responsibility.
Service availability
The platform provides technical access to temporary virtual numbers, rental numbers, and verification email inventory. We do not guarantee that any third-party website, app, platform, or service will accept a number, email address, verification code, or verification result.
Inventory, countries, operators, email domains, prices, available quantity, code delivery time, and order status depend on upstream suppliers, network conditions, and target service rules. Unavailable, abnormal, or supplier-restricted offers may be updated, hidden, removed, or limited at any time.
Lawful use commitment
You may use the service only in countries, accounts, businesses, and scenarios allowed by applicable laws, industry rules, target platform rules, supplier rules, and this platform. Use only where permitted by applicable law and supplier rules.
You agree not to use the service to bypass real-name rules, KYC, risk controls, access restrictions, anti-fraud systems, bans, registration limits, age limits, geographic limits, or any verification process that you are not authorized to bypass. Before purchasing, you must confirm the requirements that apply to the relevant country, target platform, supplier, number, email address, and verification code.
Prohibited uses
You must not use the service for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, gambling, sexual or exploitative content, drugs, weapons, piracy, extortion, cybercrime, phishing, credential stuffing, account theft, bot registrations, spam, harassment, impersonation, privacy violations, stealing verification codes, bypassing security verification, mass fake registration, fake orders, coupon abuse, review manipulation, promotion abuse, ban evasion, or any other illegal or non-compliant activity.
You must not use the service to register, log in to, recover, take over, or verify an account that you do not own, are not authorized to use, or that may harm another party. For financial accounts, payment accounts, exchanges, wallets, government services, healthcare, education, recruitment, services for minors, social platforms, and other regulated or high-risk uses, you must not use the service unless you have clear lawful authorization and satisfy all applicable compliance requirements.
Orders and completion
A number or email order is created from live inventory. The order completes automatically after the first verification code is received. If the upstream flow returns a terminal failure, timeout, cancellation, or no stock first, the order follows the corresponding failed or cancelled state.
An order may be suitable only for one-time verification or for the specified rental period. You must use it within the validity period shown in the website or API response and confirm that the target service allows the verification method. Consequences caused by target service rejection, risk control, account bans, delays, duplicate codes, input errors, or non-compliant business scenarios are your responsibility.
Balance and payments
Balances are displayed in USD. The platform collects USDT and credits funds at a fixed numeric rate of 1 USD = 1 USDT. Orders debit the displayed USD amount from the wallet. Blockchain fees, network congestion, wrong currency or network selection, underpayment, overpayment, payment provider review, and exchange deposit or withdrawal limits are handled by the user.
Cryptocurrency transfers are generally irreversible. You must confirm the amount, currency, network, hosted payment page, and order number. The platform may decide crediting, reconciliation, manual review, rejection, or return handling based on the payment provider, blockchain confirmation, risk review, and accounting records.
Refunds, cancellations, and disputes
For uncompleted orders caused by upstream no-stock responses, order creation failure, system error, or platform-confirmed non-delivery, the platform will handle the issue through wallet balance, order cancellation, or another reasonable method. Orders that have received a verification code, email message, or completed status are generally not refundable.
For disputes involving illegal or non-compliant use, bypassing third-party rules, user mistakes, target platform rejection, blockchain payment errors, payment provider review, or failure to provide required information, the platform may refuse a refund, suspend service, preserve evidence, and apply necessary risk controls.
Supplier and third-party rules
The service depends on upstream suppliers, payment service providers, network operators, data centers, email infrastructure, and target platform rules. You must also comply with those third-party terms of service, privacy policies, acceptable use policies, anti-abuse rules, sanctions restrictions, and compliance requirements.
When a third party requires limits on countries, services, numbers, emails, orders, payments, API calls, or user accounts, the platform may apply those limits immediately without advance notice.
Risk controls, suspension, and termination
If the platform detects or reasonably suspects illegal or non-compliant use, supplier complaints, abnormal traffic, mass abuse, payment risk, chargeback risk, security incidents, regulatory requirements, law enforcement requests, or breach of this agreement, the platform may limit purchases, freeze balances, suspend API access, cancel orders, request additional information, close accounts, or terminate service.
The platform may retain orders, logs, payments, messages, verification codes, IP addresses, device information, API calls, webhooks, and communications related to a risk event for security audits, dispute handling, compliance review, and legal requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss, goodwill loss, business interruption, or third-party claims caused by upstream unavailability, third-party platform rejection, network failure, blockchain congestion, target account risk controls, user misuse, user mistakes, downstream customer conduct, or force majeure.
You understand that platform agreements cannot waive mandatory liability required by applicable law. If your use causes losses, penalties, investigations, claims, or expenses to the platform, suppliers, payment providers, other users, or third parties, you are responsible for indemnification, defense, and reimbursement as permitted by law.
Updates to these terms
The platform may update these terms for business, supplier, payment, compliance, legal, or security reasons. Updated terms take effect after publication on the website. Continued access to or use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
Contact and compliance communication
For cooperation, support, complaints, risk-control appeals, or compliance questions, contact liulianggongju@gmail.com. The platform may ask you to provide order numbers, payment numbers, downstream business descriptions, authorization proof, or other materials for verification.
