Web3 SMS
User agreement
These pages describe how Web3 SMS provides number and verification email services, how user data is handled, and the legal duties, compliance boundaries, and user responsibilities that apply when using the platform.
Effective: 2026-07-22
Scope of use
The platform provides virtual numbers, rental numbers, verification email products, a web console, APIs, webhooks, wallets, and order management for lawful, authorized, low-risk verification code receiving workflows. The platform is not a general communications service, anonymous communications service, financial service, identity service, or tool for bypassing third-party rules.
Eligibility and authority
You must have the capacity to accept and perform this agreement, and you must ensure that your business, location, customer locations, target platforms, source of funds, and use purposes allow use of the service. If you use the platform for a company, team, or downstream merchant, you confirm that you have authority to accept the agreement for that entity.
User responsibility
You must choose services, countries, operators, email domains, offers, and order periods carefully, protect account and API credentials, verify local laws, target platform rules, and supplier rules, and ensure that every order, API call, and downstream use case is lawfully authorized.
You are responsible for all legal, administrative, criminal, civil, regulatory, third-party complaint, account loss, fund loss, and business consequences caused by use of the platform by you, your employees, agents, developers, customers, downstream merchants, and automated systems.
Authorized verification scenarios
Permitted use cases generally include your own accounts, clearly authorized customer accounts, internal testing, development integration testing, anti-fraud testing, product availability testing, compliance-permitted registration verification, notification receiving tests, and business workflows expressly allowed by supplier rules.
If you are unsure whether a scenario is lawful, complies with target platform rules, or meets supplier requirements, stop using the service and consult qualified legal counsel or obtain written permission from the target platform or supplier.
User prohibited conduct
You must not use the platform to perform or assist any crime, fraud, abuse, harassment, privacy violation, intellectual property violation, sanctions violation, real-name or KYC bypass, anti-fraud bypass, ban evasion, paid or subscription limit bypass, mass fake registration, coupon abuse, fake traffic or reviews, spam marketing, unlawful scraping, malicious automation, account takeover, or security attack.
You must not sell, rent, share, transfer, publicly display, or leak platform API keys, temporary numbers, verification emails, verification codes, SMS content, email content, or account access capability to an unauthorized third party.
API and downstream merchants
If you use the platform API to build a downstream verification merchant or automated system, you must maintain customer onboarding, identity or business checks, use-case review, blacklists, rate limits, balance limits, order limits, log retention, complaint handling, anomaly detection, webhook security, and manual review controls.
You must not tell downstream customers that the service is anonymous, unreviewed, able to bypass regulation, able to bypass platform rules, suitable for illegal use, or impossible to trace. Your downstream platform must display user agreements, privacy policies, terms of service, prohibited-use rules, and legal responsibility notices that are at least as protective as this platform standard.
Downstream customers and resale responsibility
You are independently responsible for downstream customer marketing, pricing, payments, refunds, support, disputes, data protection, compliance review, and illegal or non-compliant conduct. Downstream customer conduct does not release you from responsibility under this platform.
When the platform, suppliers, payment providers, regulators, or law enforcement require downstream use review, you must promptly provide customer materials, order paths, authorization proof, risk-control records, and communication records. If you cannot provide reasonable materials, the platform may limit or terminate service.
Risk review and information requests
The platform may conduct manual or automated risk reviews based on order volume, countries, service types, complaints, payment risk, API behavior, supplier feedback, regulatory requirements, or security incidents, and may ask you to explain your business model, customer sources, source of funds, use cases, compliance measures, and authorization status.
If you refuse to provide materials, provide false materials, avoid review, split accounts, bypass limits, or continue high-risk behavior, the platform may freeze balances, suspend purchasing, cancel orders, close accounts, and preserve evidence.
Operational limits
The platform may set account balance limits, order limits, country limits, service limits, API rate limits, concurrency limits, webhook limits, payment limits, manual review thresholds, and inventory visibility controls. These limits may change based on upstream, payment, legal, security, and operational conditions.
Consequences of violation
Violation of this agreement or applicable rules may result in order cancellation, balance freeze, service suspension, account closure, API key revocation, refund refusal, evidence preservation, supplier notice, payment provider risk control, law enforcement or regulatory cooperation, third-party complaint handling, and legal responsibility.
You confirm that all consequences of illegal or non-compliant use, unauthorized use, rule-bypassing use, downstream customer abuse, or failure to perform compliance review are your responsibility.
